Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with R-Mart! We’re committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy for details on processing times, costs, and delivery.

Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delays: In case of high order volume, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if any significant delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (within India): Free on all orders.

Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) (within India): Free on all orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available for orders up to ₹1500. Orders exceeding ₹1500 will not be eligible for COD and must be paid via other payment methods during checkout.

International Shipping: Currently, we are only shipping within India. Please stay tuned as we expand our shipping locations in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at contacts@R-Mart.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.

Lost Packages: R-Mart is not responsible for packages lost in transit. However, we will help contact the shipping provider to try to resolve any delivery issues.

Address Changes

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once your order is processed.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation Rights

While we strive to ensure accurate product pricing and availability at all times, R-Mart reserves the full right to cancel any order due to technical errors or system malfunctions.

If such an issue occurs, affected orders will be cancelled, and customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp. Any payments made will be refunded in full where applicable.
