How to Request a Refund

If your item is damaged or you wish to return it, follow these steps:

  • A clear photo of the item.
  • Your order number and contact details.

Verification:

For damaged products: Include an unboxing video to help us assess the issue quickly.

For returns (non-damaged items): Ensure the product is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Refund:

Once approved, you can choose between:

We will process the refund within 3 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days

Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items and sale products are not eligible for returns.
  • Sale items are eligible for return and refund only if received damaged (unboxing video is a must).

Return Shipping Costs:

For damaged or faulty items, we’ll cover the return shipping.

For other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Exchanges/Replacement

We currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can initiate a return and place a new order for your desired item.
